Hopewell Area SD: Facility Master Planning Important Dates (May 14, May 18, & June 11)
The Hopewell Area SD would like to highlight a few dates (May 14, May 18, and June 11) to the public where meetings are being held to assist in determining the future of Hopewell schools. Please read the attached Superintendent's letter dated 4-30-2024 below for details. All information regarding school facility and consolidation considerations can be found by selecting the "2024 Facility Master Planning Process" tab on the district's main webpage below.


GRADING

GRADING

All grades will follow the Hopewell Area School District grading scale and will be determined by total point’s earned/total points possible.  Semester and final grades will reflect the cumulative total points from each 9 weeks. 


Each student starts with 10 points for the day. You lose points if:

  • Not dressed properly – minus 5 points /shoes must be properly /laced and tied for safety!
  • Limited participation – can lose up to 5 points
  • Poor conduct – can lose up to 5 points
  • Late to class – minus 1 point
