Scheduling Information for 8th Graders moving to Grade 9
Mr. Allison and the Sr. High counselors will meet with the 8th grade students on
Monday, January 30
to share the
attached scheduling PowerPoint
.
In-person students will receive their scheduling form at the presentation, they should review the
PowerPoint
and the
Curriculum Guide
with their parents, select their electives, and return the scheduling form to their Language Arts teacher or Mrs. Rodgers with their elective selections by
Friday, February 3, 2023
.
Cyber students had their scheduling form mailed to them, they should review the scheduling PowerPoint and
Curriculum Guide
with their parents and should return the forms selecting their electives via mail, as directed, or drop off at the HS or JH office.
ALL CORE SUBJECT CLASSES
– Math, science, English, and Social Studies are recommended by the core subject teachers.

Safe2Say Something
Safe2Say Something is a youth violence prevention program run by the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General. Safe2Say Something (S2SS) teaches youth how to recognize warning signs and signals, especially within social media, from individuals who may be a threat to themselves or others and to “say something” BEFORE it is too late.
