Welcome to the Dance Registration page. Please take the time to review the general information and dance rules prior to paying for a ticket as the rules will be strictly enforced. Attendees

All Hopewell juniors and senior students are invited to attend the dance.

Students in grades 9 and 10 may only attend if they are the guest of a Junior or Senior

--

If two students attend as a couple, one student must be a Hopewell High School Junior or Senior

--

All attendees must be 20 years old or younger.

--

Dates from other school districts ARE PERMITTED as long as they meet age and behavior guidelines

Tickets

Sales: March 24 - April 4

Cost: $80 per person

Online sales and registration only.

After purchase, you will print all necessary permission slips available on the Documents page.

--

Please complete and hold on to these forms until ticket distribution is announced. All forms will be turned in when you pick up your tickets.

--

Tickets are Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable and must be presented at the door.

Times

4:30 PM - Students may begin arriving at the venue

4:45 PM - Red Carpet Event

--

5:30 PM - Hors d'oeuvres

--

6:30 PM - Dinner
Dinner Menu

8:15 PM - Dessert

--

10:30 PM - Dismissal

Students must stay at the dance until 10:15 PM, the dance will end at 10:30 PM.

Students will only be able to leave prior to 10:15 PM if arrangements are authorized in advance with the high school principal and must be for a valid reason

Processional

Processional will take place at the Marriott

--

Processional will be live-streamed; there will be no outside visitors permitted

Details and times will be announced closer to the event

Seating

Table assignments for prom will be organized by designating a table leader who will collect signatures for their group of 8-10 people. If a group has fewer than 8, members will receive a colored card and be matched with others to complete their table. Seating arrangements will be planned during the week of April 7-11.

Parking & Transportation

All students attending prom will provide their own transportation to and from the prom

Pictures

Formal pictures will be taken at the Marriott by James Bango.

Principal Meeting

The following students, and their dates, must attend a meeting with Dr. Kartychak on Wednesday, April 23rd at 2:45 PM in the main office of Hopewell High School.

  • All guests who graduated from a high school other than Hopewell
  • All guests currently attending another high school, who cannot obtain a completed Principal Sign-off form

If you cannot attend this meeting, YOU must schedule an individual appointment with the principal before the April 23rd date by calling 724-375-6691.
