Any excuse from class (example: field trip, Encore, Parent etc.) must be made up or else you forfeit the points for the day (10 points). Make ups may include: extra class during a study hall, after school fitness club, or parent verification that a fitness activity was completed at home (example: walked the dog for 30 minutes, or took a bike ride for 30 minutes). An organized sport practice or game does not count.
