Biography
This is my eighteenth year at Hopewell.
I spent the first seven years at the junior high (teaching American and World History) before coming to the high school in 2009.
Currently, I teach Introduction to Psychology, Psychology II, and Honors Civics.
I've been married for over twenty eight years.
I have a MA degree in history from Youngstown State.
I have a BA degree in social sciences with teaching certification from Robert Morris.
I grew up in beautiful NE Iowa.
Before teaching I spent seventeen years in the airline industry.
The airline job took me to Las Vegas, San Francisco, Cleveland, and finally Pittsburgh.
While the airline industry was a lot of fun, it wasn't a "life's work."
I love teaching; it's truly a wonderful vocation.
