The Hopewell Area SD would like to highlight a few dates (May 14, May 18, and June 11) to the public where meetings are being held to assist in determining the future of Hopewell schools. Please read the attached Superintendent's letter dated 4-30-2024 below for details. Grading Practices

In First Grade, students receive letter grades in Reading, Spelling, Math and Printing.

The grading scale for Reading, Spelling, and Math is:

90% - 100% = A
80% - 89%   = B
70% - 79%   = C
60% - 69%   = D
0% - 59%   = F

The grading scale for Printing is:

Outstanding = O
Satisfactory = S
Needs Improvement = N
