If a student encounters an issue with their Chromebook, the individual should alert one of their teachers of the specific problem. With the information, the teacher will able to place a Help Ticket with the District's Technology Department.Parents/Guardians are not able to directly contact the District's Technology Department. However, a parent/guardian can alert a building secretary or either building administrator of the specific issue. The office personnel will then be able to submit a Help Ticket for the District's Technology Department to support your child's needs.
