School Board Meeting Information:

The next Board meeting is scheduled for June 8. Click here for more information regarding the meeting, and for instructions to join.

Your voice as the parents and guardians of our Hopewell students is critical as we close a challenging year and begin to plan for a new school year.  Please take a moment to share your feedback about your experience over the last 3 months.  Because each child’s experience is unique, please complete the survey for each of your children who experienced remote learning this spring.

Please Click Here for the survey

The District is working on plans for the 2020-2021 re-opening of our schools.  Please check back for updates as they will be posted when they become available.

Principal's Corner

Welcome to Hopewell Memorial Junior High School, housing grades 5, 6, 7, and 8 in the Hopewell Area School District.
The purpose of our junior high school is to provide learning experiences for the students that promote growth academically and an increased awareness of the responsibilities that go hand in hand with that growth. Adaptability, supported by critical evaluation, applying current technology, and promoting essential ethical behavior, along with high expectations for excellence in academics, all contribute to the development of the skills necessary for functioning in a changing world.
We believe learning is important. It is our goal to provide the best education in the safest possible school environment. You may help this process by being active with the education of children. Be familiar with and talk about curriculum, activities, policies, and procedures that make a good school.

We hope that information contained in this web site will be a helpful reference for all visitors wanting to know more about our school and community. We thank you for your interest.
