Biography

I graduated from Penn State University in 1990 with a degree in Secondary Education, Science. I first worked with disadvantage youths to help them earn their GED.  I then worked in the private industry for many years and returned to teaching in 2005 bringing many of those experiences with me. I earned my master's degree in Science Education from Walden University in 2009.

Course Grades

The grades students earn in my class are based on a totalpoint system. Each homework, project, reports, test or quiz is assigned pointsbased on level of difficulty. So therefore homework is as important as quizzes and tests.

Quizzes, tests and homework will be posted on the white boards in my room as well as Parent Connect.
